体验太糟糕了，听老板抱怨了我两个小时。感觉我不是他的顾客，而是他的马仔...... 明明搬出搬入两个小时内就完成了，老板一直抱怨，像跟我有仇似的。我说了是studio的规模，他也按studio价格收费，有什么好抱怨的呢？而且家具也没用他拆，他们比预计开始时间晚了1小时，我等他们期间我自己拆的。 太不专业了。 还有，疫情期间工人没带口罩。

昨天我从波士顿搬家到印第安纳州，大北方搬家公司的杨先生从波士顿装车到印第安纳州非常认真仔细，在运输的过程中无一件物品破损，而且价格合理，我对大北方搬家公司的服务非常满意，会推荐给朋友。

We moved last year(June 2013) and the service was terrible. We were moving to the next street over to a townhouse and I totally understand that our penthouse apartment is kind of hard to reach(top floor) but this company was so inconsiderate. They gave us a quote a week or two in advance so we estimated the price we would need to pay. We have a piano so we estimated the price of $400-500($100 per floor) and we compared the price to 3 other Chinese moving companies. One didn't even pick up the phone and the other refused to move the piano since they don't have insurance for luxury items. Thus we have to go with 大北方 moving company. It was the worst mistake we have ever made. 1. They were angry that we had not packed everything neatly(in the sense of boxes) so they threatened to not help us move. 2. We bought them lunch and they were so ungrateful(we felt bad that they had to move so many things in such oppressive muggy weather). 3. They said they needed to help another client and threatened to leave. 4. They left all the items in our living room and refused to move anything to the place where we wanted the items to be. 5. Price hike: we payed them like $800-900 for moving with a $80 tip.(it was something close to $1000 total) We really should not have paid them at all including tips because they were so mean. They were arguing with us and things got so heated that we feared for our lives. The moving company was in such a rush to move all our items that they actually damaged some of the furniture and they were so threatening. -It felt like they wanted to take our money and run. ***I have read some other reviews online about this company and most of people had the same experience. One person was so afraid that he/she was going to call 911. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO HELP YOU MOVE. You will seriously regret it and I know most of the people who hire this company are Chinese people who don't know English or go on the web. Please spread the word about this terrible company that I have no idea how they managed to stay in business for over 10 years. The Great North Moving Company's website is also such a lie since they said, "Your satisfaction is our success!"
