职责：按照要求将货物接收到系统中，并对发货的产品进行包装和发出。

As an After Sales Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1) Effectively receive customer inquiries and handle complaints in a timely manner
2) Treat every customer in a professional and courteous manner
3) Update the information of product maintenance and related services to customers in a timely manner
4) Troubleshoot and resolve product repair questions and concerns
5) Record market change information and update customer information in time
6) Continuously develop new products and improve product maintenance technology
7) Project support

After-sales job requirements are as follows:
1) At least college degree
2) At least 2 years relevant work experience
3) Ability to work without supervision
4) Have experience in facing customers
5) Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
