MT LAW LLC, a rapidly growing elite Business & Immigration law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Business/Corporate Attorney to join our Lexington/Boston office. The ideal candidates shall have experiences in one or more of the areas of representing private and public companies in mergers & acquisitions, start-ups, venture capital/private equity financings, IPOs and other public offerings, and general corporate matters. He or she also shall be able to develop independently new corporate clients and help the law firm grow and expand its business practices.


In this role, you will:


• Support our law firm on the wide range of legal issues that arise in clients’ business
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Identify new business opportunities, develop own case load of clients and business
• Manage cases to ensure completion, efficiency and accuracy of communication, documents and implementation


Qualifications and experience:


• JD degree from a reputable U.S. law school
• At least three years of experience in law firm and/or in-house counsel
• Can handle corporate projects independently with the firm’s supporting business team
• Must be a member of the Massachusetts State Bar or New York State Bar.
• Strong business development skills, build strong relationships with current and potential clients so that they proactively seek your counsel
