10 minutes’ walk to the Harvard-Yenching Institute. Very quiet environment and
very nice neighborhood. It is ideal for one person or two to live.

The current tenant
Howard Sun, a HYI visiting scholar will leave by 20 June, or can leave by June
15, and he can give basic furniture as well as a window air conditioning to the
future tenant(s). The new tenant(s) can start a lease from anytime during June
20 (even June 15) to July 1. A lease may have a demand of not less than six
months.

The rent of
$1,450/m is paid to the landlord monthly, and one-time commission fee of $1,450
for a lease term is paid to the broker company, the well-known 21 Century Avon. Please
