到橘线Assembly地铁站步行只需要30秒！20分钟到NEU，15分钟到中国城，离malden只需要2站地铁！

公寓设施很棒：有游泳池，台球桌，学习室，健身房，瑜伽室，包裹室，顶层有很大的休闲厅和露台风景很棒！Lobby有门卫，特别安全

Neighborhood：离Shake Shack, Caffe Nero, Sweetgreen, The Smoke Shop BBQ, 还有日本餐厅墨西哥餐牛排店等等的很近！走路距离1-2分钟。步行距离到CVS, Sephora, Saks Off 5th, Trader Joe's, 以及很多商店可供逛街购物。

价格：只需要$2000一个月，不包Utilities。（目前公寓的Studio的价格为$2500 ）

30 Second walk to the Orange Line Assembly Subway Station, and 20 minutes T to NEU.

Apartment Amenity: Swimming Pool, Billiards, Skyline view at top floor lounge, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Concierge at the Lobby, Package room, study rooms.

Perfect Neighborhood: Shake Shack, Caffe Nero, Sweetgreen, The Smoke Shop BBQ, and more in less than a 1-minute walk. CVS, Sephora, Saks Off 5th, Trader Joe's and many outlet stores in walk range. Very clean and safe neighborhood.

Price: only $2,000 per month. Utilities are not included. [Currently, the Studio listing price from the Apartment is $2500 ]
