现急招 [ Backend Engineer-Platform- New Grad]
Job Description:
* Backend Engineer works in the core domain of our main product. You will create new product offerings and features and help scale the system for the billion-plus invoices that flow through it each day.
* Work with our Product Managers to break down project details and ensure requirements are complete.
* Develop and ship code to complete impactful projects.
* Give and receive feedback on your team’s code on GitHub.
* Mentor, pair with and support the growth of other engineers.
* Passionate about solving problems for a fast-paced Fi-Tech company.
* Bachelor's or higher degree or its equivalent is normally the minimum entry requirement for the position.
* Proficiency in Scala, Relational database (PostgreSQL), RESTful or GraphQL APIs, AWS or GCP. Training is available for new grads.
Job Requirements:
● Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills
● Strong examples demonstrating past work experience, deliverables and/or innovation across a broad range of methods
● Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases is a plus but not required.
● Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
● Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
● Previous technical internship(s) preferred
● Graduate degree
