工作职责
1. 按照指定课程进行授课或者协助授课，中学数学，物理，化学，生物，ESL，人文，计算机编程，科学，小学全科班主任等;
2. 整体课程的备课，上课，课后辅导;
3. 与各科教师协调和合作，帮助学生达到教学目标;
4. 在课程研发中提供帮助和反馈;
5. 融入中西方的教学方式;
6. 保证高水平的教学或者教学辅助工作质量;
7. 进行相关课程的作业批改和评分，并提供分析报告和改进意见；
8. 完成其他临时安排的工作。
1. Teaching or assisting teaching assigned subject(s) following the schedule of the assigned course;
2. Overall curriculum delivery, such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Business Management, Economics, Psychology, Visual Art, English, Philosophy in Secondary School and Homeroom teachers in Primary School;
3. Coordinating and collaborating with course mentor to understand and achieve individual student goal;
4. Maintaining high student commitment levels;
5. Grading any course related assignments and providing assistance with reporting;
6. Any other duties assigned.
资格要求
1. 教育学专业硕士以上学历，或者相关学科硕士以上学历，具有教师资格证优先录取；
2. 能够教授各种专业课程，例如数学，物理，化学，生物，ESL，人文，计算机编程，科学等；
3. 良好的书面和口头表达能力；
4. 富有同情心，善解人意，乐于助人；
5. 必须热爱学生，喜欢与学生相处合作；
6. 熟练掌握各种计算机应用技能，包括各种APP，电子邮件和微软的办公软件。1. Master degree in Education or other related subjects;
2. Good command of written and spoken English;
3. Proven ability to get students reaching goals;
4. Knowledge of different primary and middle school’s curriculum;
5. Excellent interpersonal and people communication skills;
6. Compassionate, empathetic, and helpful;
7. Must love working with students.
8. Comfortable teaching in both online and offline formats;
9. Computer and app skills, including scheduling apps, email, Microsoft Suite.
福利待遇
1. 薪资范围人民币税前12,000-30,000，薪资是根据候选人教育背景和工作经验进行面谈；
2. 午餐补贴;
3. 免费教师公寓（单人间或者双人间）（一居室，25平米），免费无线上网；
4. 每年4次假期（新年假，寒假，春假，暑假）。1. Negotiable but Commensurate to candidate’s educational background and work experience; Approximately RMB12,000—30,000 before tax per month;
