Responsibilities:
Consistently update and improve content of Bus and Tour products to keep all information accurate and relevant.Review content and refer it with internal guidelines to decide if the content can be publishedWriting, editing and proofreading content for accuracy and optimal engagementUnderstand customer experience and improve product presentationWork closely with Marketing and Operation Team to ensure business goals are met
Required Skills:
Detail-Oriented -- write accurate content with little editing or follow up in a fast-paced environmentInterested in usability -- go beyond stale product descriptions to help users understand the offers.Independent thinkers -- take initiative to recommend new ideas and develop your understanding of content management and product management.
